Cancellations & Rescheduling To honor the time reserved exclusively for you, we kindly ask that all cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Each appointment may be rescheduled once; any additional changes will require a new booking along with a new deposit. This allows us to remain respectful of both your time and the time of other guests. Repeated Cancellations Consistency matters in maintaining a smooth and professional experience for all clients. Multiple cancellations may result in limited booking privileges or the requirement of a nonrefundable deposit for future appointments. After a third cancellation—even if within the appropriate notice window—the appointment will be subject to our No-Show policy. This includes a 50% service fee, along with a $25 nonrefundable deposit required before booking again. Late Policy We understand that life happens. If you are running behind, please communicate as soon as possible. A 15-minute grace period is provided; however, after 15 minutes, your appointment will be considered a No-Show and will be canceled in order to maintain the flow of the schedule for all clients. Late or Same-Day Cancellations Appointments canceled within 24 hours or on the same day will incur a $25 cancellation fee. This ensures that the time set aside for you is honored, even when it cannot be filled on short notice. No-Shows Missed appointments without communication will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. To rebook, this balance must be paid in full along with a $25 nonrefundable deposit. This policy protects the integrity of our time and commitment to each guest we serve. Hair Preparation To provide you with the highest level of service, please arrive with your hair fully detangled and ready. Excessive tangling or matting may require additional time and may result in an added fee or, if necessary, cancellation of the appointment.
